I've been documenting my restoration project on the dresser our neighbors gave us. This past week, I finished painting the dresser and have officially finished work on it. YES!
Something I have realized is that I am not in to do-it-yourself furniture projects. I am much more interested in other types of crafts. Although the progress looks great, painting is incredibly time consuming and clean up is a pain.
I wanted the dresser to coordinate with my sewing desk, so I used the same knobs and contact paper.
This project's total cost was $75. A little bit more than I anticipated, but I am very happy with the finished product. On a side note: I have already filled up 3 of the 4 drawers with my crafting stuff. And do I have a lot of YARN.
Have you been doing any renovating lately?
